Rev. Bruce Reinhold Elvis Sheasby is an ordained Christian minister with a passion for singing. In 1997 he hosted and won The International Elvis Gospel Festival, as a church fundraiser, in the small town of Vauxhall, Alberta, Canada, at which time he was given the title The Reverend Elvis. While Rev. Sheasby is not an impersonator, his musical style is strongly influenced by that of the late Elvis Presley for whom he has great respect.
In 2010, The Rev began to use the name Your Grace Land for his non-denominational church, both to honour the influence of Elvis Presley on his ministry, as well as to suggest another name for the Kingdom of God, which The Rev claims is available to everyone, including those who do not find a home in traditional religion.
